For parking at the Gig on Main festival in Downtown Irwin, PA, there is a FREE shuttle service from the Calvary Church parking lot located on Pennsylvania Avenue. You can also find additional public parking on Oak Street and various parking lots on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Streets. [1, 2, 3, 4]
